Milcho Vasilev is a professor in the Academy of Music and Dance Art,
Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He did an excellent job of using typically Bulgarian
rhythms and melodies for the music score of the movie. He got
inspired by the story of the little girl and composed the music as
an original piece that can be played by itself. He also
conducted the combined ensemble of classical and
Bulgarian-folklore musicians. |
